Achieving ISO standard helps manage change at ICAS

ICAS have been awarded ISO 9001:2000, the internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s internal quality management system, which will further strengthen the company’s customer focus and help manage change in a fast-paced industry.
“The IS09001:2000 is a very important achievement for us, because it helps us continually put customers requirements first, which then influences our objectives and how we manage our systems. It is also a flexible tool, actually helping us instigate constant change in line with what our customers need,” commented Stephen Galliano, Managing Director at employee support and wellbeing specialists ICAS.
Angelika Meachen, Special Projects Consultant at ICAS managed the process: “The standard will help us continually improve the service we offer. It is also a great unifier, as it involves all departments working closely together, and everyone has a part to play.”
